Shipping policy

We ship packages from Dayton, NV via UPS ground, USPS ground, or USPS Express. Packages are packed and mailed Monday-Friday. There may be delays in shipping on holidays and weekends.

Tracking Your Package

All customers will receive a tracking number when packages are shipped. Please refer to tracking number when inquiring about package location. 

Shipping Timeframe

We are a small business that is run by a stay at home mom. We aim to have packaged shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering. If order is needing to be rushed we will prioritize your package and get it to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Cost

Economy USPS shipping (5-8 business days): Orders under $100- $7.99 shipping cost and orders over $100 $12.99 shipping cost.

Priority express USPS shipping (3-4 business days): Orders under $100-$12.99 shipping cost and orders over $100- $16.99.

UPS ground shipping costs to be shown in checkout based on order weight.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand that things happen but Desert Sage Kids LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns your package was stolen or lost we will file a claim with the shipping provider and it is your responsibility to contact law enforcement locally to report this. If a package shows delivered with photo proof we will not offer any sort of refund. If the package becomes lost in transit we will issue a refund for the products and file a claim with the shipping provider.

Because inventory is limited and always changing we can only issue a refund for the products proven to be lost or stolen in transit but not the shipping costs. Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your packages desertsagekids@gmail.com

Undeliverable Package

If a package is marked as undeliverable and returned to us we will notify you via email of the issue and refund to original payment method minus the shipping costs and $10 handling fee. Please verify that you're entering accurate data during checkout to avoid any issues.

 

These terms can change at any time. Shipping costs may also change due to holiday increases.
